| The most durable solution for quick starting the coals. I use two to get things going. These won't rust and the convenient handle protects well. | This one looks handy and the square corners would be good for preventing it rolling around. Steve has good products, so I'd give it a shot. | An excellent way to monitor your meat temperature without opening the lid. A durable, easy to clean instrument.
